1. Acceptance

By accessing or using YoAuto ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Platform description

YoAuto is a classified-listing platform that connects private buyers and private sellers of vehicles, and provides outbound referrals to independent financing, insurance, warranty, and vehicle history partners.

3. Not a lender

YoAuto is not a lender, dealer, bank, credit broker, or loan servicer. We do not approve loans, determine interest rates, or make credit decisions. All financing decisions are made solely by independent third-party lenders.

4. Seller responsibilities

Sellers must be lawful owners or authorized agents, must accurately describe each vehicle, must disclose known defects, accidents, and title issues, and must comply with all applicable laws including state title-transfer and odometer-disclosure rules.

5. Buyer responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for inspecting vehicles before purchase, verifying title and identity, complying with state registration and tax requirements, and exercising sound judgment when transacting with strangers.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to post fraudulent listings, sell stolen property, harass other users, or violate any law. We may remove any listing and terminate any account at our discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" with no warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoAuto is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any transaction.

8. Dispute resolution

Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in the state of incorporation, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
